Claim eligibility is categorical (no dollar amounts) and assumes a CHAS / Healthier SG GP clinic setting —
channels are Healthier SG (Singapore Citizens ≥40 enrolled here) and CHAS GP (Singapore Citizens). PRs are subsidised
only at polyclinics, so at a GP clinic they self-pay; foreigners self-pay. PRs can enrol in Healthier SG, but HSG
enrolment does not confer vaccine subsidy for PRs. A vaccine given outside its NAIS recommended group is not
subsidised. RHZV is subsidised but its payment stays capped even under Healthier SG.
